Beisen Crafts accepts both named and anonymous reporting. We encourage named reporting to facilitate more efficient communication, verification, and follow-up, thereby improving the overall effectiveness of the process. Anonymous reports are also accepted; however, to ensure a timely and thorough investigation, we request that you provide as much detailed and accurate information as possible. Incomplete or inaccurate information may hinder the investigation or extend the resolution timeline. All grievance and reporting information will be treated with strict confidentiality.
